Dr. Liegner offers complete and routine eye care for adult and pediatric patients, including routine eyeglass refractions and contact lens fittings. 

His expertise includes laser refractive surgery, small incision (no stitch) clear cornea cataract surgery with foldable implants, eye muscle surgery for strabismus (eye misalignment), lacrimal drainage surgery for excessive tearing, complete medical, laser and surgical care for glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and other medical retinal problems, plastic surgery for eyelid malposition and cosmetic concerns, pediatric eye care, corneal disease, and traumatic repair of eye injuries. 
Dr. Liegner is Board certified in ophthalmology and is certified to perform LASIK on a majority of the FDA approved excimer lasers in the United States. 
He is also skilled in providing low vision rehabilitation services to patients with significant visual impairments refractory to further therapies, assisting individuals in coping with sight loss to maintain independence.

His office location at 350 Sparta Avenue includes an Ambulatory Surgery Center for onsite same-day outpatient surgery without hospitalization.
